meat canning class clarification

IMPORTANT INFO -

the chicken canning class is next Wednesday - 5 February 2014.  Two classes that day.  1 or 6 pm.

You do not bring anything.  This is a demonstration only!!!

Brenda and I will show you how it is to be done, share tips and additional 'print information' (websites / National Center for Home Food Preservation AND USDA Complete Guide to Canning).

DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN CHICKEN.

We are willing to come to your home and help your process your own batch on an individual basis.

There is no possible way we can have 20 women each bring 14 pounds of chicken and 7 quart jars that will require 20 pressure canners.  That is not possible.  Sorry for the confusion.  Perhaps the timing of the chicken sale and the announcements of both the sale and the class at the same time led to serious misunderstandings.
