USU Uintah County Extension
great source for canning recipes, garden helps and pest tips, planting guides, etc.
I have known several sisters whose mothers or grandmothers have passed and their canners were sold or given away and now they wish they had kept them. Keep an eye out for someone retiring their canners. I bought mine for $25. Works great!
